These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the Company and the Customer. By accepting services from the Company, the Customer agrees to all the Terms and Conditions. Please check these Terms and Conditions for changes. Your continued use of this website following the posting of any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You acknowledge and agree that Rewarding Return has the right to monitor the website, and website related services, and to disclose any information necessary to operate the website, to protect itself and to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests. Rewarding Return also reserves the right to prohibit any user who violates these Terms and Conditions from using the website and related services. Such prohibition may occur with or without notice to the user.

These other websites are not under the control of Rewarding Return and you acknowledge that We are not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of such websites or any links contained in third party sites or services or any changes or updates to third party sites or services. Rewarding Return is providing these links and access to third party sites and services to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of such a link or access does not imply endorsement of the website by Rewarding Return or any association with the operators of the other websites.
Subscription Renewals and Reward Payments
When You register a Rewarding Return label, automatic renewal is the default setting, which You must deactivate if You do not want your label to be automatically renewed. Unless You disable the automatic renewal option, Rewarding Return will automatically renew, for a period equivalent to the length of Your original registration, any label that is up for renewal and will take payment from the Payment Method You have on file with Rewarding Return, at Rewarding Return's then current rates. Thus, if you have chosen to register your label for one year, Rewarding Return will automatically renew it for one year. If You have chosen to register Your label for two years, Rewarding Return will automatically renew it for two years, and so on. Rewarding Return renewals will be non refundable. If for any reason Rewarding Return is not able to take the payment from the Payment Method You have on file, and You fail to respond to our notices, Your Rewarding Return registration will expire. It is Your responsibility to keep Your Payment Method information current, which includes the expiration date if you are using a credit card. If You do not elect that the Rewarding Return label be automatically renewed, You have the responsibility of logging into the "My Account" portion of your Account Manager for that domain name and manually implementing the renewal by the expiration date (should You in fact want the label to be renewed). In this case, if You fail to manually implement the renewal in a timely fashion the Rewarding Return label will be cancelled and You will no longer have use of that label. You agree that Rewarding Return will not be responsible for cancelled labels that You fail to renew, either automatically or manually. In any case, if You fail to renew Your Rewarding Return label in a timely fashion, additional charges may apply to re-activate it. If one of your labels is found, you will have the choice to either accept or decline the reward and return process. If you accept, your current credit card linked to your account will be charged the reward amount pre-determined by you during the label's activation. If the credit card is no longer valid, or you would like to use a different method of payment, you will be able to do that upon accepting the lost items reward and return. If you chose to decline the return of your lost item, your credit card will not be charged, you will not receive your item back, and your label will become de-activated. Once a label has become de-activated due to non-payment, or by choice, the label will still work. If the label is found and finder attempts to return it, you will be able to accept its return, but Rewarding Return will require a $40 reactivation and recovery fee. This $40 fee will include a complimentary year subscription to Rewarding Return. This subscription will coincide with all the terms, conditions, and regulations as seen on our site.
Shipping Policy
Rewarding Return will work with you to return all registered Shippable items that have been reported 'Found' back to you to the best of our abilities using professional insured services such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shippable is defined as items weighing 30 lbs or less with dimensions that do not exceed 120 inches when the following formula is used: Width + Length + Height.
Return Policy
If you have any regrets about your purchase, please feel free to return your Rewarding Return Labels for a full refund (minus shipping and handling) within 30 days from the day of activation of 1 or all of your labels. Upon us receiving your returned labels, we will issue a you a full refund within 14 days, to the payment method used during checkout. Please send an email to support@rewardingreturn.com to request a return.
International Usage
Rewarding Return recovery service works internationally (outside of the United States) but does not cover international postage. Any lost items that require international postage (outside of the United States) to be recovered and returned will be paid for by the owner of the lost item at the beginning of the recovery process. If You chose to make your own arrangements to recover your item, no international fees will apply. Rewarding Return will still aid in the same way that a domestic item is lost and recovered by helping make arrangements to have the lost item shipped to Rewarding Return headquarters, verified, and then shipped back to the owner in order to keep information confidential.

REWARDING RETURN ALSO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL LOST ITEMS WILL BE FOUND AND RETURNED. IF ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY IS RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER - THE SERVICES OF REWARDING RETURN, AND THE SERVICES IN CONNECTION THE RECOVERY PROCESS, WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURED TO THE PERSONAL PROPERTY.
